Cancellation Policy
If Hotel Guest(s) cancels reservation within 31+ days from stay’s start date, then guest will receive 100% REFUND. If reservation is canceled within 15-30 days of stay’s start date, then guest will receive 50% REFUND. If reservation is canceled within 0-14 days of stay’s start date, then guest will receive NO REFUND.

Miscellaneous
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Website is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Website are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Green Lake Inn and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Hotel Rules
Dear Guest, to ensure safety and comfort of the Hotel during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.
Room check in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If arriving outside of check in times, please call to make prior arrangements. Check out is at 11 AM.
Maximum number of guests are four per room. Guests are sometimes given a key/keycard upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms each time they depart.
Guests are required to return their keys/keycard(s) to the office upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key/keycard, they are obligated to pay the penalty of $10 per key.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
Disturbing other guests is not allowed. Hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to the guest who disturbs other guests or in other ways disrespects house rules.
We assume that the guests have familiarized themselves with and fully understand the hotel rules at the beginning of their stay.
Green Lake Inn bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform reception.
Green Lake Inn is entirely non-smoking. In case of noncompliance with this rule, hotel is obliged to charge the penalty of $200 according to the applicable law.
WI-FI internet is free and available throughout the entire hotel. Password is provided at the reception desk.
Rooms are cleaned every third day. A $25 cleaning fee will be applied for any additional days requested by guest.
A DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided in all guest rooms. Hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 48 hours. After this time, hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to safety and security reasons.
The hotel allows one pet per room with a $50 pet fee. Additional pets are subject to management approval.
It is not allowed to have any explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals on premises.
For your convenience we have provided parking in the front of the hotel. Hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking lot.
Any damage caused by the guest to the hotel property shall be the sole responsibility of the guest and the cost of the repair/replacement shall be charged to, and paid by, the guest.
All departures after 12:00 PM will be considered as late departure and could result in the guest being charged for an extra night.
In case of cancellation of further guests stay by the hotel caused by the guest’s misbehavior and for disrespect of house rules, hotel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.
In case of fire alarm, please promptly follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached on the inside of your main room door.
Guests are not allowed to take out from the hotel any of the room inventory (i.e. pillows, blankets, towels, etc).
